If you need more support in the elbow this isn't for you. I felt it was a good brace, I just needed more support.

Got this for my wife after a stroke.It worked well, comfortable and not too heavy. She slept with it and could wear it almost all day.Its soft, you don't feel the metal or the ends like others we tried.It can fit under loose fitting clothing.The blue is nice, but black would be better for going outDownside, it covered her entire arm. She is 5'6 so I bought a small but was too long.This is great for anyone taller than 5'9.

I bought one pair initially and was very skeptical about using it as the physical therapist and orthopedic PA highly discouraged using these. I had tried everything to improve my bilateral ulnar pain and forearm tendinitis without any improvement and was absolutely miserable - so I decided to go against their advice and bought one set. I could see significant improvement after 1 week and I was alternating it to different elbows. As soon as I stopped using it for one elbow, it got worse. I ended up purchasing a second set and wore them both to sleep every night. After 2 weeks or so I was much better and could start to pick up small grocery bags again (I couldn’t lift anything before that). I really like these sleeves

After slipping from standing and falling onto my right side a few years ago ( I virtually fell without putting arms out or anything to break my fall) during a strong zumba exercise class, I have had a lot of times where my elbow has become irritated from tennis and golfing elbow. I used a normal support during the night and the day but after speaking to my doctor via webchat on one of the lockdown's as both my shoulder and elbow was playing up he suggested ai needed to get a splint to keep my arm straight at night as during your sleep you naturally have no control where you place your arms and naturally bend them. This has worked a treat and having the metal plate within has helped me no end and to heal much faster. I will forever now get irritation from this elbow and it still does play up especially in colder weather but this splint has been a god send, plus it can be used on either arm should it be required. Easy to secure, I find sitting at a dining room table is an easier way to put this on. I open it up, lay my arm on top. I then secure my forearm in first and then my upper arm. Once on and moving my arm to my side I can the adjust the straps easily for a tighter fit.
