Well built, easy to assemble. Holds a large Aventon Adventure 2 ebike.
Great value. I bought this during the spring sale and saved almost 50% off of the name brand from other websites. Looking at the pictures it appears to be identical. I needed something to carry our ebikes, because I was tired of lifting them in and out of my R1T. This fits the bill. After assembly it seems well built.Pros:-quick and easy to assemble. Did it myself in about 45 mins. 5/16 and 15/16 ratchet or wrenches will be your friends.-Holds my Aventon Adventure 2 bike securely. And it is a big heavy bike.-Folds up so you do not have to remove it. Folds down slightly to reduce lifting height or allow access to SUV-Drove for a couple of miles on a test run down county roads with no excessive wobbling or noise-Will easily hold both of our ebikes.Cons:-Blocks most of your brake lights and your tag.- The plastic parts concern me and I hope they are replaceable if they break( see close up photos of the parts that concern me)-Specific to my Rivian R1T you can not fold the carrier up when not it use as it will rub against my tailgate. This is NOT an issue caused by the carrier but of the design of the Rivian. (See photo)-The hitch pin that comes with the carrier is not a secure way to attach it to your vehicle. It is easily removed with out tools and could be a theft concern. I intend to by a better pin in the future.-While assembly was easy by myself. lining it up in the hitch to fit the pin and attaching the upright arms would be much easier with help. The upright arms have two little plastic shims that need to be held in place while lining up the bolt.Overall I am happy with my purchase. I wish I would have gotten the ramp. I will update my review as time goes on.

Great Rack, Good Value, Has Some Quirks
I think this is a great rack for the money. We haul 2 e-bikes across town and have no issues. It's solid with little vibration, and I feel it securely holds the bikes. Here are my 3 things they can improve:1. Assembly - On the up rods, there are shanks (plastic) that fit into the up rod poles. The purpose to ensure a tighter fit. These took me about 5 mins per pole to assemble and is frustrating. I assembled this by myself, so I was forced to hold two shanks into position while getting a bolt through the mounting bracket and the metal holes of the up rods. That makes six surfaces that must be aligned to get a bolt through. It's not the end of the world, but just thought they could secure these at the factory for added assistance.2. The Bolt that Attaches the Ract to Hitch is a Screw - There are several comments on this, I would prefer a through bolt vs screw just for ease of "on-off"3. Holding Latches - These work great but they are plastic. I'm worried over time these will wear out and break. So far no issues, but a concern as more uses accumulate. In all, I'd recommend this rack, I don't think you can beat it for the price. It's sturdy, it's easy to get the bikes on and off. The hitch on the rack allows it to fold up for parking, and fold away from the SUV to get into the vehicle. I have a 4Runner and it fits great and does not stick out at all on the sides, as some have mentioned.

Solid brilliant design strap spring should be much stronger.
Very solid sturdy bike rack. Strap for secured the bike is great, it's fast on and off. The only complained I have of this rack is the spring of the strap that suppose to hold it in place. It needed to be much stronger. Otherwise it a solid 5 stars. Brilliant folded and unfolded mechanism. Ps I secured both bike with chain lock below the bike seat. To lock and to secured both bike incase strap fail. Impossible for it to break off. Awsome solid good looking bike rack :).

Easy to assemble and good quality
I was pretty pleased with the directions, assembly, and quality. Despite the aluminum bike supports, it still weighs 70lbs, so it is a bit awkward to install. If you are putting this on a camper bumper, I recommend upgrading the bumper with some safety brackets. The weight of the rack and bikes is substantial and many camper bumpers have a fairly limited rating, mine was 100lbs. The rack also stuck out far enough to clear my spare tire by 1.5 inches. I saw a lot of comments about the straps, but they seem substantial. Have not used it yet, so we will see how the straps hold up. I thought it was interesting that they used a threated bolt to secure the rack to the hitch which reduces the play in the hitch connection. Overall it was a good value for the money

Poor Design/ Engineering
The media could not be loaded. The rack arrived in a beat-up box but on inspection was not damaged. Assembly was straightforward. It is a heavy bike rack made for heavy bikes. I have no issues/ complaints with this part of the purchase. The distance between the front tire saddle and the rear tire support/ block is almost not far enough apart. I made it work, though. However, the tire hold-down straps will not engage to secure the wheels. The vertical seat post strap will not engage either. Also, the vertical seat post arm with the strap assembly will not clear/ pass by the rear tire/ wheel. Nor will it pass by the front tire/ wheel. The vertical seat post arm tie-down had to be disassembled to get it to pass by the tire/ wheel. I had to hold the bike with one hand, disassemble the tie down with my other hand, and then swivel the vertical arm with my third hand. This could be very dangerous if one were to slip at any moment and have a 90lb bike fall on them. It could very well hurt...the bike and the rider.I think the vertical arm should/ could be redesigned to have an articulated swivel on the hold-down part of the arm so it can be maneuvered around the tire/ wheel. The hold-down straps should be of better quality.I can't recommend this bike rack for these reasons.

Works
Amazing rack. Supports my weight and the weight of my e-bike. Was easy to put together by myself and install it on my vehicle. No bounce and my bike has never been more secure. I love this thing.
