There are no installation instructions which makes it very hard to deal with.

Its sturdy
For the price you would think it would come with instructions. But the way I installed the seat it feels solid and reliable. With the previous reviews saying that you will have to unbolt the back seat in order to remove the front seat isn't true ic was able to remove it no problem but installing it just took a little more motivation but it's doable.

Nice Seat but has design drawbacks
It is a nicely built seat and backrest matches the OEM driver seat design. No instructions came with it. Had to try out few times to get it to fit. However, one drawback in the design; you have to lock in position the driver seat first then install the passenger seat. What it means, now the driver seat is blocked by the passenger seat plastic tabs and you cannot unmount the driver sear without uninstalling the passenger seat first. That's a big functional flaw.

This item is dangerous for your passengers.
Installed it and like a previous buyer said you cannot remove the front seat without un-boltung the rear seat. Then my wife sat on it and leaned back and it came out from under the front seat and she almost fell off the motorcycle. Luckily we were not riding yet.

No instructions
I was hoping that this would be a solid choice for a passenger seat on my husbands Sportster 1250. But sadly this was not a wise choice. The merchant clearly says online that "no installation instructions" under "Package contents" - Due to the fact I have no guidance from the manufacturer about how this should be properly installed- I cannot trust going with my own guesses. It's critically important that a product such as this should come with clear and concise instructions. I am floored that they list you won't get installation directions, if not from them, who? Not a fan and not recommended based on the above.
