Q: can I manually control the focus, brightness, contrast, color intensity and other lighting adjustments?

Hi, thanks for asking. You can manually adjust contrast, sharpness, thickness after scan. Also, exposure can also been adusted when scanning. However you can not control focus. Hope this is helpful to you:)

Q: Do multiple pages get assembled into a single document, or do you have to combine them yourself?

Scanned images become individual files in the file format of your choice (when scanning a double-paged book, magazine, etc., you have the choice of splitting the image into two individual pages --two individual images). If you want to combine all scanned images it would help to have a third-party software (use the CZUR scanner to export images in PDF format, for example, and use a PDF editor to combine the individual images into one file).

Q: I want to scan my 53 year old color, bound wedding album. Will it do it flatten the photos and color correct?

Yes, CZUR ET16-P equipped with 16 megapixels and 250 DPI,Moreover, 2 High-Quality supplementary lights is included in CZUR ET16-P scanner,making it possible to scan glossy photos&papers (recommend to turn off the overhead light, only use side lights). CZUR Software provided Facing Pages modes for our users to scan&flatten your album.However, we would recommened only to flatten the album but not curve the pages for which you would get a better scanning. Besides, Our another model CZUR ET18 Pro scanner provided higher pixel(18 megapixels) which will be more helpful when scanning photos with better color effect.You are encouraged to go to CZUR website for further detail info and comparison.

Good Tech Support

When I received this scanner, I could not get it to work. However, with the help of the tech support via email, and after several back and forth emails I am now able to use it. It will take some time to learn all of the features but knowing that tech support is ready to help will make it easier.One suggestion: If you are using Windows, make sure that the Windows Setup allows the camera to be used by apps.
