I can't give you a definitive answer but I used these ones in TP-Link switches and also Netgear ones and they worked fine.

Dear customer, Thanks for your question. In order to answer your question correctly, may we ask what’s the specific model number of your Cisco SG 300 and 200 switch? Or do they have 1G SFP ports? If so, we suggest you choose 10Gtek Cisco compatible 1G SFP module, because Cisco brand switches require special coding to work with, the Ubiquiti compatible SFP module won't work on the Cisco switches.
