Googling Earth: Using Google Earth to Explore Your World Paperback – March 2, 2015

This book has taught me more about using Google Earth than anything else I have ever read. I keep the book up on my Kindle while I am on Google Earth. It is more complex than I thought, and now I know I was not using it to its full potential. Easy instructions and easy to follow, if you have the book up in the beginning. The funny thing is that I never thought about exploring all the wonders of the world before reading this book. I was just looking up addresses. Now I am exploring Africa, Paris and space! Thank you for this book and for writing in easy to understand language.

This is an excellent book. So well written to use Google Earth to find most anything on the earth, where you live, lived, traveled, sights seen, sights to see, history and on and on. Well doe.

I didn't learn a lot from this, but I believe I expected that since my use of Google Earth has been fairly extensive. Maybe I was looking for that "one more secret tip", but alas.........well worth the Kindle price for a beginner with Google Earth, though.

i couldn't use this app. I would put the address in and it went berserk. I just wanted to get directions based on sight. I'm gonna delete it if I can.

Book covers in a direct and readable style the many features of and the many points of interest one can find on Google Earth. However, the description of the user interface is outdated as the Google Earth user interface has changed since the book was written. There are several YouTube videos that address a more current user interface.

Fantastic:I used it when the World Cup was being played to look up the different countries of each team. Geography refreshner was also great using the Google Earth tool.

Clear, concise, well written and easy to understand.
