We love this discreet and compact guide. Finding a restroom, or where to grab a bite and find a scenic park to rest in, and the addresses to all the major shopping options and cultural attractions combined with all the options on how to arrive at these destinations makes this an essential traveling companion for visiting NYC.

Don’t fall for good reviews! This book is TINY with teeny tiny print ! There is little to none cultural/ historical context, basically just a list of stores and restaurants. Not a guide book at all. Will be returning.

As a resident of NYC, if you want to pick any book before traveling here… THIS is the only one you need. I do wish they had more about the other bureaus, but then again if you’re visiting chances are you only care about Manhattan.

I was disappointed that the reviews were not as through or plentiful.

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I had to return ot because the font was so small tou couldn't read it.
