Black Sparkle - YES PLEASE!
I love the look of black sparkly on my nails. I get dip nails done all the time. I had my nail tech add this sugar nail glitter powder to black dipped nails. Turned out beautiful. It gives a rough feel right after you do it, but it wears a little after awhile. When your nails hit the light it sparkles like a diamond! So pretty!
