Worth more than its cost!
I decided to try this neti pot before investing $100+ in Navage, and it works perfectly for nasal irrigation.Pros:1. The button at the bottom provides a controlled and effective water flow.2. Comes with 60 salt sachets for convenience.3. Upside-down ergonomic design makes it practical and easy to use.4. Easy to clean.5. Includes a temperature indicator sticker.6. Comes with two nozzle attachments.Cons:1. The bottle size might feel small for some users, requiring refills to clear both nostrils.Tips for Use:1. Always use salted water for irrigation. Plain tap water may cause discomfort as it can travel to the head instead of clearing the nostrils.2. If you’re new to nasal irrigation, breathe through your mouth before starting, tilt your head sideways at a 45 deg angle, and slightly forward.3. After use, forcefully exhale through your nose a few times to expel remaining water.4. Occasionally, you may moisturize your nasal passages with ghee, sesame oil, coconut oil, or other oils like anu taila or nasya oil to prevent dryness, though this isn’t needed daily. This can also help with sinus or allergy relief.Overall, this neti pot is an excellent choice for effective nasal cleaning!

Preferred over traditional Netipot
Really like this better than traditional Neto pot. I like the gentleness of this and it really helped clean my sinuses of mucas. I used it while in shower to help loosen up with the steam and bend over and not worry about. Mess on the sink. It’s very nice it comes with the salt packets already measured out. I also found it very easy to use. The temperature gauge that sticks on the bottle was garbage and didn’t work the bottle is a thicker plastic so maybe that hindered the temperature sticker but I just tested the water on my wrist and I had no issues.

Life saver if you struggle with sinus issues!
I am a long time fan of the traditional neti pot. I started using one when I was pregnant and couldn't use OTC medicine for my sinus pain. I had pain so bad I could barely lift my head. For those not familiar with the Neti Pot, you would have to lean your head to the side and essentially pour water up your nose from what looked like a tiny tea pot. It worked, but it was clumsy and could be a little messy.I saw this rinse bottle and thought I'd try it. Let me say WOW! It is so easy to use, not messy, and very effective. It has just enough pressure to really clean out your sinuses, without being too much. Can't say enough about this Neti Pot. If you prefer holistic to OTC medicine, this is a must have for your first aid kit.

Not easy to use
The presentation is a great idea. However when trying to squeeze the bottle it’s not very user friendly. The bottle is a hard plastic which makes it hard to squeeze. You have to use two hands to do so while trying to balance over a sink. More product ends up coming out of the cap than the nasal spout itself! I like the idea of it upside down but they need a more durable and softer material bottle that you can squeeze!

Like it!
Pros for this choice is has 2 tips (one for children). Also has little thermometer sticker to adhere midway on bottle. Very helpful for getting acceptable temp. We’ve been heating RO water in our microwave in a glass measuring cup, and adjust temp until is ok (using our cooking thermometer.) and then pouring into bottle. When is acceptable, the measuring sticker reads “OK”. Is a version of “neti-pot” and works well. Comes with good instructions and plenty of packets.
