Careful!, read before you install it.
this product leaks when it rains heavily but does well when it is light rain. I am not sure where it gets in but when looked from the bottom while this is happening the dome starts to show drops. which then drop on the fan and then drips down. the rate is not alarming but pooling on sheetrock or flasher will rot the wood. this is not a good thing for your home. The fan does work when the sun is out at really good speed and it does spin when it is over casted. The remote control works but is a confusing and without a power Led or a Fan on indicator, you are left to not knowing if it is working or not. Installation is not to bad, is not a bad start to a prototype fan passed that they need to work on it and hire some meticulous engineers to test it. One or two more years, this will be a good product.
