Overall this is a brilliant product, it helped me enormously with large hardened earwax which it removed very effectively, it comes with a number of tools most of which I probably won't use but the ear cleaning tools are very useful, they come in a variety of sizes to suit your ears and sturdy and well made, the image is very clear and connection to the app was extremely effortless easy as downloading it from the app store and connecting your device through the app and once connected you get a different options from taking a image setting the vibration speed and mirroring the camera it also has a zoom option if wish to zoom more into your ear, overall I would highly recommend this product and for the price you can't go wrong 👍

We've had a few ear cameras and this was our favourite, so I ended up purchasing 3. The metal loop is amazing for blackheads and has a great camera. But unfortunately all 3 metal loops have bent and broken very quickly and I can't seem to find replacements. The ear attachments are very bendy, making them hard to use. They seem to get more bendy with each use and have to stop using as I'm sure they will break off and probably end up in your ears. Such a shame the attachments really met this product down. Waste of money as just left with 3 cameras and no attachments.

Had concerns that I had a hearing problem, this was the cheapest I could see on amazon so I was slightly concerned what the quality would be like.But I needn't have worried it was super easy to set up via wifi, picture quality was great, and it was very easy to use, and looks like a quality product

Great device. The only issue is the little attachments are a little flimsy and hard to judge the distance in your ear.

Occasionally gives high quality images. Most of the time it freezes and throws you out of the app and you have to reload.Wasn't too expensive but I wouldn't buy again.

It is very useful for cleaning ears. It is coming with many items. I use it for clean black nose pores same. Very easy to use and install de app. It is coming with very useful manual.

Worked well ONCE then didn't connect to my phone again. Also they want to use your information to give to loads of "vendors ". Will be deleting the app :(
