Good but, odd
This is a great product but skip this style and go to the one they make that also goes under your chest to hold it all down. The back flap and arm pits shift up on this one. They make a style that also goes under breast to keep things in place. I use this for post liposuction but also for lymphatic drainage/swelling.

Uncomfortable
Does not fit well around the front of the armpit & bunches up. Also rides up at the back & is clearly visible bulk under t-shirt or blouse. It needs a strap around the stomach to keep it in place.

Great compression, but could use a design update.
The compression is terrific and the fit is excellent. My only complaint is the long back piece that hangs down. In the photos, the back piece appears to serve a function, but in use, it just hangs there loosely, moves around, and just seems unnecessary and a bit annoying. It needs to have a strap from the corners of the back piece which attaches under the chest... or it needs to be shortened. Other than that, it works well-enough that I will keep it.
