I love these crystals for cleaning my drinking water. I have them in my stainless steel water thermoses I would say I have a 32 ounce and a 40 ounce. It takes about three hours, but it makes the water so pure and tastes so much better. I usually fill one of them up at night and by the next morning, the water is awesome. And I put it to the test with the filtered water out of the picture. And the water out of the faucet once it stood overnight, you can’t tell any difference in the two. It purifiers the water that much.

I put five stars because I don't know why I would give it any less. These are used to purify water and eliminate or reduce negative energy in the surrounding environment. I haven't used them to purify water for fear of heavy metal intake. They're just here just in case they really do erase negativity. One day perhaps I'll try using them in my drinking water.

It is meant to absorb extra energy

This is not shungite I have been drinking shungite water for about 15 years now it good fresh water it's Russian shungite.this shungite does nothing for my water don't know exactly we're this came from but it's no good will definitely make sure next time to get Russian or will not buy nothing at all I should have tested it when I received it watch what you buy

I tested them using an EMF radiation measuring device. It takes 1/4 lbs to block my laptop. 1/2 lb to block my 40" flat tv. About 4 pieces to block my android phone.1/2 lb did not do much for the smart meter.They work, but you have to use enough to make a difference. Note: these are sold for water purification and I tested and use them to block emf.
