When I used it at my desk, I loved the heat, compression, and vibration, but found the vibration to be loud because the massager was placed on my desk. Once I started using it at night, placing it on the arm of the recliner reduced the noise considerably, and even made me enjoy the noise, since now it became a relaxing humming sound. All the features work great, and the massager is relaxing and makes my hands feel better. I also love that it's wireless and uncomplicated to use.

This device has not only helped my own hands, but also the hands of my boyfriend and coworkers! My boyfriend & I use this literally every day — and I think he uses it more than I do at this point haha. I brought it to work and I was able to help out my coworkers who are dealing with the same hand & wrist pains. It think it provides so much relief and it’s definitely worth the money!! I love how it works when it’s plugged in and when it’s not! It’s so accessible. I also adore how it has different settings for the compression, as well as allowing you to turn off the vibration and/or heat! I just wish there could be a feature to increase the intensity of the vibration as well.

My hands are affected by tendonitis that causes pain, stiffness and cramping. I also have arthritis in the large joint of my thumbs. I have enjoyed the benefits of a Snailax foot massager, and purchased the Snailax hand massager hoping it would perform equally well. I have not been disappointed. The sleek design and solid build of the device are impressive. The massager is portable and includes an AC wall adapter/charger. Snailax claims that a full charge provides 90 minutes of operation, and so far my experience supports that claim. The massager will signal when it needs recharging by flashing the power button LED. It can be operated while charging.When first powered on, the vibration, heat, and low level massage are all active. Each function can be disabled/enabled during the 10 minute cycle, and the massage intensity can be changed. I wear a men's large glove and can easily fit my hand in the molded contours of the interior. With my hand comfortably positioned, however, the outer joints of my fingers, most of my thumb, and part of my wrist are outside the active area of the massager. By shifting my hand outward so the little finger protrudes from the side window, my entire thumb can be inside the housing and feel less neglected. A motorized mechanism massages most of the hand as variable pressure is applied by inflatable air chambers.I enjoy the massage action and find that it relieves pain and stiffness, but the compression might be a bit intense for someone with advanced arthritis or tender swollen joints. The heat seems to originate below the palm of the hand and fades toward the fingers and wrist. The central portion of my hand is warmed, but if my fingers are cold at the start of a 10 minute massage cycle, they are still cold when it ends. I sometimes wear compression gloves for additional heat when using this massager.I am quite pleased with this hand massager and use it daily. It appears to be a very robust device and its cordless portability is a nice feature. I cannot yet comment on durability. I recommend the Snailax hand massager to those seeking temporary relief for stiff, painful or overworked hands.

I was having pain in my hand and wrist. I started using this and I definitely felt a difference after a few days. I like the heat. The massage can be a little intense if you have a lot of pain so you may need to shut it off after a few minutes.

I really enjoy this massager's design! I was skeptical about how it would "massage" my hands, but it basically uses compression (like a blood pressure cuff, only solid) and you can turn heat and vibration off or on as needed.It does use a cord and charger (usb c) and it can also be used cordless, which is a great feature!! I've had trouble with pain in my hands and wrists for several years and have used hand heating pads, ski gloves, wax baths, and other handheld massagers to try to help heat and massage my hand, but I love that I don't have to stress out one hand to massage the other now! 🤩✨💕The heat and vibration are just off/on, not variable settings. The massage intensity can be on 3 different pressure settings, and the most intense is definitely intense!! 😂I have pretty standard size women's hands, and this fit me well. I think this would still be able to accommodate most hand sizes unless you have exceptionally large hands (like ring size 13 and up)I think the value for the price is also really nice! I'm interested to see how long the mechanisms will keep working, and I'll update this review once I've spent more time with my massager.Photos included to show what comes with the package and the interior mesh of this hand massager. 😊👍

It felt wonderful. Unfortunately, my doctor suggested I discontinue use. Only used it twice, but due to nerve damage in my hands & because they bruise easily this was no longer an option for me. Very sad about this. It felt so good.

I work in packaging, handling close to or over 1,000 orders during my 10-hour shifts, so I was hopeful this product would help with the soreness in my hands. Unfortunately, every time I used it, my hands went numb instead of getting relief. It also doesn’t provide any support or relief for the thumbs, which are a big part of the strain. Although it claims to offer heat in the palms, I didn’t feel any warmth. When using it on my left hand, I also noticed a strange popping noise. Honestly, the term “massager” is misleading—this device feels more like compression and vibration than an actual massage. On the positive side, the battery life is decent: if you use it once a day on both hands, you can get about 4 full sessions on one hand and 3.5 on the other before it needs a recharge, totaling around 7 sessions.
