I just received my shirts yesterday. I usually wear a LG or XL depending on the shirts so I ordered the XL to ensure I had enough room to easily move around in while working. When I tried them on the sleeve length was perfect but the rest of the shirt was HUGE. I didn't want to return them for a smaller size because then the sleeves would wind being too short on the smaller size. Since I like them and they seem like good shirts I decided to keep them and have them tailored...unfortunately the tailoring for each shirt is going to cost more than the shirt initially cost to buy.

Great fit! I’m tall and at 280lbs 3x fit perfectly. Will find out how good of a product it is and how long it lasts

So I have ran stick and tig welded in this shirt. I would 10/10 recommend. If your doing simple welding and nothing over head then your gonna be fine. I have a couple burn marks on the arms but it still protected me. Just make sure you order a size down because these do run big. I typically wear a large but went to medium and it’s a perfect fit

This shirt literally had holes in it, after one pass of 7024 Jet rod while doing a structural weld on a beam. Didn’t catch on fire, but the sparks ate it up. Wouldn’t recommend this shirt to anyone.

Fits perfect I'm 5'8 165lbs and the medium fits snug but good. If you want a looser fit go with the large. I can't comment on the comfort without an undershirt, but you should be wearing an undershirt anyways and with one it's comfortable.
