These tablets are just starting to work they have taken a few weeks.my sleep is starting to get a bit better they are worth the money like everything els they will work for some and not others

Item arrived on time,,,Only pickled it up today so not had time to take any capsules so not sure how they work,,,,but if they work at it says on the bottle,,,I will be happy ,,

I had bought this supplement after reading online that types of magnesium can help with anxiety, stress, sleep quality and more. After searching Amazon, this product looked like great overall so I decided to go with this brand. The first evening after they arrived, I took one capsule and to my surprise I woke up the next morning feeling extremely refreshed. Being the type of person who usually wakes up in the mornings with substantial lethargy, it was extremely nice to wake up, and be ready for the day rather then preparing myself for half an hour to step out of bed! Size of the capsules are relatively small and easy to take - 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.My only issue is that this effect seemed to wear off after about a week which is why I have taken one star off. I am not sure if this is due to the quality of the product or if it something else, but apart from that the supplement has been great, and I have decided to re-purchase. It is very helpful that you get a 3 month supply for such a great price with all types of magnesium included.

Great product. I definitely feel the benefits. Great to know you can empty the capsules into food or drinks if you prefer not to swallow the whole thing

I like the packaging and the fact you get other vitamins included plus it is really good value compared to other that I have brought. It does say to take three each time but I only take two.

Purchased these on S&S the tub states 3 per day, I took 1 at lunch with food and 2 in the evening with food as recommended, Since taking the second dose 3 days ago I am suffering with stomach cramps, I checked the reviews lots are only taking 1 capsule a day, Google says i need 360mg per day for someone my age, yet the tub states 3 capsules (1 serving) is 2500mg, so not sure if I took too many, will try a smaller does once the stomach cramps have gone.Value wise they are good value if you only take 1 per day as the tub will last 3 months.I obviously can't say if they work as I only had the one dose
