I have been dealing with a double chin for sometime, was looking for a product to help and found this one. It really works!! Instructions are clear. I soaked it the longest time suggested for the first a few days, now it feels to soft as my muscles got stronger. I didn't take a picture before i started so i can't tell how much it works but i feel my chin and jaw getting stronger.

These things were really hurting my teeth and my gag reflex was kicking in with them. I don't really even use them anymore because it was just making me crazy with how hard they are

Unfortunately, this product fell short in terms of safety and effectiveness. I would not recommend it for individuals with specific medical conditions or those seeking a reliable and safe solution.

It was difficult to chew the material at first, but after a few uses and hot water, it felt better. My jaw is becoming stronger, which improves my overall satisfaction with the product. It does not have a heavy smell like some other types.

I ordered 2 sets,.one for me and one for a friend. We have only been using them for 2 weeks and mine are ok but my friend, who isnt the biggest person out there, somehow bit through hers after only a few uses. She has expressed interest in ordering another set so I'm sure she will.
