Last at least 6 mo for me using everyday..bought 2 more..velcro is nice and strong and comfortable

Drop foot braces
I bought two. One for each foot. I had another set from hangar clinic. They hurt too much to use so I bought these. They work much better. Not as much torque as the other ones but more comfortable. I broke one of the straps on one of them the second use. So dont pull too hard. I'm still using one and waiting to order another one to replace the broke one.

Worked great at first
I purchased this because my old AFO was shot and getting a new one was like pulling teeth, even though the Dr said it was time for a new one, the insurance company is being a PITA! So I went on here looking for something that would work. Found this and it worked great at the beginning. I love the fact that it fits the entire ankle, as my ankle is quite weak and this also has ankle stabilizers on both sides.I got this on May 5, 2024 and it is now June 20, 2024, so just a little over a month and a half. About 2 weeks ago the Velcro straps already started not sticking properly; detaching while I’m walking, etc. For someone who has severe foot drop, this is not good, and could cause me to fall and cause a major injury! I’ve been looking for a new one, even ordered a couple others to find a replacement, but they don’t work and I end up having to send them back. So, with regret, I’m buying this one again in the hopes that the Velcro issue was just a flaw and the new one (which is supposed to arrive today), will work for longer without Velcro flaws. If it happens again about a month in, I will have to contact company myself and deal with things on a high level. Hope this review helps others out. I will update in about a month about the new item

Just as effective as a rigid AFO
I've used severalv soft afos and had some support from all of them. Others didn't last long, and weren't very supportive. I'm very pleased with this one. Pretty good ankle support, the frint ckips that attach to laces stay solid all day.Highly recommend. The only soft AFO that I have used thet is as effective as the solid AFOs from your ortho

Great, but broke in less than 60 days. Contacted .
It helped a great deal with severe drop foot. But the quality was low and it broke in less than 60 days without being worn daily. Contacted Customer Service but Sylong, the seller, did not respond. Amazon was helpful though.

BEST support for foot drop of many styles
This design is the best for chronic foot drop and ankle stability of many others tried. It is rigid enough with the small rods and having two straps really prevents the roll over especially for over pronation. Hooks are strong, but the Velcro could be longer and stronger - but that is normal in these affordable braces. ALSO, customer service was excellent when contacting with a minor issue, the company rep. responded to email promptly. Highly recommend.
