The product is the perfect size, very portable, & can easily fit in a bag but also has the attachable handle for easy transport. I currently use it to store a FN 509 series with an extended 24 round mag plus 2 of the standard 17 round mags that come with the gun & they fit with no hassle… Dislikes: The lid does not lift on its own giving you access to your weapon as soon as you unlock it. However, if you’re only storing money & other valuables this shouldn’t really matter. The buttons can be be a little bit difficult also. They’re somewhat hard to press or tap, rather, because they aren’t actually buttons you press. They’re more of a touch pad & it doesn’t always read your finger tapping it so putting your code in might not work on the first attempt. Overall I’m happy with the product though

Bought Feb 2024 going to return immediately!First this is my fault for not reading the description as I didn't pay attention to it being made of plastic (ABS). Had I noticed that, I probably would have skipped this entirely, as plastic and a gun safe (or any safe) usually isn't a good thing. Honestly it holds true here as well.This is marketed as a vehicle or travel safe for weapons. This "safe" will not protect your items, it can easily be stolen out of a vehicle or room. It can also be easily opened without a key by most older kids and adults. The only thing it might provide safety for, is keeping small children from accessing a weapon.The security cable can be cut with a small pair of side cutting pliers. Truth is though a thief with a pocket lighter could just heat up the area where it goes through the "safe" and pop it out in just a couple of minutes. Next the hinge is exposed and is a pin thru, so like a tackle box or plastic toolbox, the pin can be pushed out with a wire coat hanger or something similar. Nothing is reinforced, so the metal key lock and the post that holds the lid closed are both screwed onto plastic. That means it can be forced open fairly easily as well. So in the end, nothing about it is secure.In all for the price ($99 at time of writing) it's not a good option at all, especially for weapons or something designed to be left in a vehicle. I don't see it as safe or secure in any way, a car door lock is more secure than this and most modern vehicles have glass that is harder to break than the plastic on this.I just can't recommend it for anyone serious about security. It's just not well designed nor thought out, plastic is great for a lot of things but not for a safe. This is especially true if there is no steel reinforcement.

Seems durable easy to hide in car and allows quick access.

I like it but the instructions are in the safe so you have to Google it to open your safe

I really like this gun safe. Makes traveling with a gun a lot easier. I wish the internal round silver metal piece that helps attach the gun safe to your car was bigger. I feel it is too small to be super secure.
