A Great Pair of Swim Fins!
The only reason I am not giving these a 5 star is that they're not 100% comfortable, but is any fin? But they are comfortable enough to easily swim 1,250 yards in them. They stay on perfectly. I haven't used swim fins for over 40 years, but was thrilled when I put these on and felt instant speed and power. I really think these fins have helped my leg strength and kick. I don't know how durable they are yet, as I have only had them since July 8, but so far so great! I love the fun colors available! I chose the lime green.Concerning sizing, if your feet fit snugly in them, that's ok! You're not walking in them! I wear a 9.5-10 in women's, ordered the men's 8-9 as was suggested, and they fit great kicking in the water! And the price was reasonable as well, compared to other fins. I definitely recommend them.

True Competitive Swimmer’s Training Fins
These Arena fins are in Men’s sizing. My fins in the photos are a USA 8-9, EU 40-41 which is a Women’s 9-10 (Men’s 8) in the United States. They’re tight when you try them on dry, but perfect once you get in the water. I am a Medium width foot. I wear an Adidas tennis shoe in women’s 10 and a 9.5 in any brand sandal. I’m a 10.5 Asics or Nike tennis shoe. They will fit an American woman size 9-10 or American man 7.5-8.5. I would size up if you’re a women’s 10-11. They’ve been worn for competitive USA Swimming training 6 days a week in a chlorine pool for a year with no fading, no deterioration of the rubber, and no stretching. I would buy these again! I had the Arena Tech Pros before I purchased these - these are slightly heavier than the Tech Pro - love them both. They are a thick, structured rubbery silicone material (not hard plastic). They are worth every penny for Arena quality. The pink is a fabulous HOT pink with the black Arena logo. They have not chipped or faded in a year!

A great and compact pair to consider
Let's put it this way: these training fins are great! They are compact—a little on the heavy side—but they feel right on the water. You really can feel your legs working out, and when you are just swimming at a strong, steady, and low pace, it feels like your legs are exercising but gliding along the water.MATERIAL:They seem durable, sturdy, but flexible. I think I had bad luck with mine, or there may be a flaw in the design. My first pair and the replacements that Arena sent me started cracking in the same spot (same foot), but even though one of them has a crack, I still use them, and they haven't gotten any worse or affected my performance on the water.COMFORT:I purchased the size 9.5–10.5, and they are snug. What I like about these particular fins is that they have the area of the heels open, which gives you better movement while swimming.CUSTOMER SERVICE:The only effective way to contact them is by email. In my experience, they have responded on a positive note, but I'll say that they can take a little longer to get back to you.FINAL NOTE: Regardless of my troubles with the material, I still think these fins were a great purchase.

Great Fins - Sizing is complicated
First, about the fins. I had been using TYR fins for 2 years. The TYR fins are OK, but they were hurting my toes, and I wanted something different. I bought these Arena fins. The Arena fins are slightly shorter and a little wider than my old TYR fins. The Arena fins make me go faster than the TYR fins, and I feel the kick better than with the TYR fins. With the Arena fins, I am more than 5 sec faster versus the TYR per 50 with my flutter and dolphin kicks. Because I can feel the water better, I am hoping that results in better conditioning and performance.Second, about sizing. I wear a men's US size 9. I first bought these fins men's size 8 to 9 US. I liked that the foot was snug, but the toes were too tight. Then I bought the same fin in size 9.5 to 10 US. My toes feel good, but my foot is a little too loose in the fin. I am fluctuating between the two sizes until I figure out which fits best for my foot.

Good training fins
After a few swim sessions I've gotten used to the fit and feel of these fins. I wear a US 12 shoe and the 11-11.5 size fins are perfect. Good and snug, with my big toe just poking into the toe hole. So far I'm not seeing any rubbing or irritation. These feel like a pretty heavy kick, but I think that feeling will diminish as I train with them and get stronger. For reference, the photo shows the Arena fins compared to DaFin's Pro fins. Those DaFin Pros are a super heavy kicking fin, not suitable for long distance swimming, at least for me.

Perfect bodyboard fins
Fins is just the right size for dropknee doesnt get caught on the board, alot of thrust for prone riders, best of all i dont get cramps using these fins. I wear a 10.5- 11 shoes depending on the brand, but I got the xl size fins no cramping or blisters. Fins are cherry!
