Worst item I have ever received. This is not cervical pillow. They did not return it as well.
Did not givee the cervical pillow. It's a straight pillow which looks like a used and very bad foam pillow. Plus I have called complaint several times. No body is picking it up for return. Total fraud. Don't buy this.

Worth its weight in gold!
Writing this review after 2 months of usage. Bought it after trying multiple brands & products available. I am a side sleeper, this pillow at 4 inch thickness is perfect for side sleepers. All the other pillows i tried didn't give me the right height. This is very ergonomic, gives you a really great night of sleep. It is standard length & width, so you dont feel shortchanged like with a few other brands.For anyone suffering regular neck pain / shoulder pain, I definitely recommend this product. It will change your life. I now wake up refreshed . It has also controlled my snores to an extent. definitely recommend.

Head pain is reduced. No smell. quality product
Head pain is reduced. No smell. quality product. I don't know technically how neck pain got reduced. But it definitely gives you result as promised. Quality is elegant and looks very durable.

Not suitable for cervical
I returned it after using it for a couple of days because it is not soft enough to be pressed by pressure of head. It was however seems very soft when press it using your hand. But to be comfortable for your head and shoulder any foam like pillow will not work as per my experience. It is because the weight of head is very less so when you sleep on a foam pillow it hard make any effect and it becomes even more uncomfortable to a person with cervical issue. So the best pillow are the normal feather based soft pillow for a comfortable sleep

Decent
I am writing this review after using this product for a few weeks. I am till now completely satisfied with the product and it's quality. It is really useful for neck and back pain problems as it gives one proper posture. I thing I would recommend is that if your budget is constraint then you can also some other companies' orthopedic pillows for almost half of the price and I am suggesting this because I have recently ordered three more orthopedic pillows from other company and they're equally good except the size.
