I've been using the IMBZBK screen protector on a Pixel 7a since December 2023 and cracked the first one in July 2024. Using IMBZBK's included installation frame/jig, replacing it was very quick and accurate. The replacement feels great and the fingerprint reader seems to be more accurate with the fresh screen protector. (I have two more left from the box of 4, so this right on track if I use the phone for another two years).Why might this screen protector not be for everyone? The protector with is designed for use with cases that slightly overlap the screen edges. To accommodate that, this protector leaves a gap of 1-2 mm at the screen edges; all of the active pixels lie under the protector. That small gap seems to be an issue in some of the negative reviews. FWIW, right after I placed my Amazon order, the company sent me an email to be sure I was OK with this, to allow cancelation if this was not to my liking.

I can't speak for the protective capacity of these because I've only just put them on a new phone. However, from an installation standpoint, these are the best I've ever used -- they come with a plastic frame that goes over your phone to ensure that you put it on straight, and there weren't any weird dust bits or flaws in the adhesive, so as long as your screen is clean, you can press any bubbles out to the edge with your fingernail. The smooth, beveled edges of the glass are a really nice touch. I will note, as at least one other reviewer has, that there is a gap of a couple of mm between the edges of the protector and those of the screen, but I'd personally prefer that to it being so close to the edge that my case catches on it and causes the edge of the glass to lift and not have a good seal, as I've had happen in the past. Lastly, with regards to the fingerprint reader and these, I got the best results by setting up fingerprint recognition *before* putting the protector on, and then turning up touch sensitivity in the phone's settings. Even then, I have to put my unlock code in sometimes, but I personally consider that the tradeoff for potentially avoiding a broken screen.

The screen protector is good quality, thick and nice rounded edges, have had it for a couple weeks with now cracks or scratches. The rear camera protector is also nice, has held on securely unlike past camera protectors I've had that always quickly fell off. Installation was a breeze with their alignment tool, its honestly the first perfectly aligned screen protector I've had in dozens of phones. Had a couple bubbles at first, but was able to lift up the side with bubbles and reapply to remove them, and its perfectly secure.The screen sensitivity and fingerprint reader are fine without having to change any settings -- except in one circumstance. If you are not holding the phone in the other hand, i.e. if its lying on a table or bed and you only touch it with one hand, it wont register. As soon as you hold it on your other hand, or even tough the side with a finger of either hand, it works fine. I looked it up and it has to do with how capacitive screens work with static electricity. But if i place the phone on something metal or the inductive charger, it also works fine, so it's not a big issue. Again, any time I am holding the phone normally, the screen sensitivity is just fine.

This screen protector is fantastic! The installation was super easy — the alignment frame helped me get it on without any bubbles and the adhesion is strong. The fit is perfect, covering the entire screen without blocking the camera or buttons. The clarity is excellent, and it doesn’t interfere with touch sensitivity at all. It also wipes clean easily without leaving smudges. I've dropped my phone a few times since adding my screen protection and so far it's durability is holding up! Overall, it’s a solid, no-fuss protector that does its job well. Highly recommend!

So the first thing to know is that you gotta use the patch Installation kit to clean the front. I had a terrible 25 buck casemate flexishield that bubbled and looked terrible and ai spent an hour putting it on. Not this screen protector, I spent 5 minutes putting it on and I got 4 for 9 bucks! I ripped the old casemate shield off and put this one on it was so easy and it looks so much better without grippy/gummy feeling and yellowing of the old plastic protector. This feels very premium and hard. Yes it doesn't really cover the bezels but that's okay, there's an extremely obvious gap but time will tell how long this holds up but I got 3 more screen protectors to go through! I didn't use the back camera protector, it's all black and I don't like all black. The install video was pretty helpful too if you can't read instructions which were also clear. Fingerprint reader was bad without high sensitivity mode. Just put it on high sensitivity mode and the sensor will read your fingerprint every time easily. 10/10 would buy from again!

Terrible screen protector. I installed two of the included screen covers as best I could following the printed and provided video instructions. It was not too hard, but it was difficult to get the air bubbles out. The screen and finger print reader did not work well, even with the recommended settings. I didn't really get to see if it protected my screen or not because they both cracked for seemingly no reason within a few days of installing them. There was no drop or bump that seemed to cause the crack. I thought the first one might have been a fluke, but the second one did the same thing within few days. I thought I could continue using it, but he crack continued to grow larger every day and split off into new cracks. I decided to replace with a film (not glass) protector and when I took the broken glass off it there was the sparkly stuff that went everywhere. I'm not sure, but it looked like tiny glass shards that got all over everything. Would not recommend these to anyone, at least for the pixel 7a.
