Good for sensitive skin.
Rock tape is the only one I've found that doesn't bother my sensitive skin. I've tried others, including 'light touch" versions, and I got a rash. Not with this.

Excellent, especially if the standard tape irritates your skin.
I've been using this for years. I was introduced to K-tape by my chiropractor years ago and the standard tape would irritate my skin after a day or two. I can keep this on for more than a week without issue. As with the standard tape (maybe a bit more), you have to take care to cover it when sleeping and/or when wearing under certain clothing. I'd recommend trying the standard tape first (it's not supposed to have latex or other irritants), but if you have irritation issues, try this type.

Stretches, but didn't stretch back.
I searched and searched online for options for Kinesio tape for sensitive skin. This was one of the 3 that I ordered. It went on fine, but what I found is that it stretched when needed, but didn't stretch back, so while it stuck, it didn't hold in place. This was for my knee, so maybe it works better on other parts of the body.

Alternative use: providing support in unusually shaped dresses
I read something on a blog about using this tape to hold things in place in a wedding dress. I ordered some and practiced - success! Used it on my wedding day, which was in June and pretty darn hot - no issues with the tape coming loose. My "bra" was entirely made of this tape and I also used it to hold down the inevitable back fat that results from a strapless dress. I know this is not the intended use of this product, but it will be my go-to for those dresses that don't work well with traditional bras. (Note - the strategy is similar to Kim Kardashian's gaffer tape trick but personally I think it works much better and is way more comfortable and natural looking.)

It didn’t work for my pregnancy
I got this because I’m pregnant with triplets and I’m using this instead of a belly band. I have sensitive skin. I tried to put it on clean skin and I felt like it didn’t stick well. After a few tries I got it to work and it stuck great after about a day. When I took it off there was some tension but not much. It was easy to take off and I didn’t even need coconut oil or anything. It did last a few days and going in the water. I didn’t love it for supporting my belly because I felt like the material was so thin it just stretched instead of holding it up. I say for the price it wasn’t worth it for me. I tried a different brand almost 1/3 the price and it was a better fit for my needs.
