Low cost - but OK.
Very low cost but seems to do the job ok. Independent memory test confirm 16Gb after fitting & 'reasonable' speed (read & write.) IC RAM chips are SKhynix (South Korean)If you're looking for a low cost memory upgrade, these are probably a good choice.

However, not the cheapest option, and some users may need to check compatibility before buying. Overall, a solid upgrade for older laptops!
