Hollywood Crystal Gas Lift Storage Bed 4ft6 Double Size White Faux Leather

This is a fab spare room bed. Great sturdy product with loads of storage. Takes 2 people to assemble in an hour. Slats cleverly hidden in headboard and no missing screws! Although advertised as white it is more cream when next to the whute furniture. Cant wait for my guests to arrive to try it out.

The bed never arrived on expected delivery date and when I called to check up kept getting told different dates then on that date it never arrived. By then the customer service was really unhelpful and they seemed to not know where it was. When it finally did arrive nearly 1 week later all the bits to build the bed were missing. So it was back to customer service for yet another exp delivery date. All in all it was 2 weeks late which obv was really inconvienent as had already got rid of my daughters original bed and then for a week was left with bits of frame blocking hallway whilst waiting for the missing parts to arrive. It took a good 3 hours to build and the drawings weren't that clear. However once assembled the bed itself looks great and very good storage underneath. A tip for the gas lift...once put together and in lift position slide mattress on and the spread weight will get the gas lift in operation. Works like magic!!

Some instructions could have been a bit clearer when assembling. Good quality bed though.
