It came in a box, and I had to put it together. The wheels kept falling off a piece of crap. The only good thing is when I call the seller to let them know that the wheels fell off They did refund me my money..

Missing Rod Hole
If only the rod that holds the wheels had all the proper holes to lock in all the wheels. I'll have to see if this can handle my needs with 1 wheel unable to put the lock pin through the nonexistent hole LOL.
