I have no idea if this works or not but I can tell you I had a week and a half of daily cramps and diarrhea. Good luck if you try this

I take a similar blood pressure supplement from another brand, and this one is just as good. It is the same with the types of ingredients and their amounts, as well as quality. I notice a difference if I don't take this supplement. I don't have any aftertaste after taking and they're easy to swallow.

I've been taking this daily for about six weeks now. This is one of those supplements where you have to just be happy to know you are adding the ingredients to your daily intake and (hopefully) aren't experiencing any side effects. I can say this checks those boxes for me, so I'm glad to be taking it and will continue to do so as it seems like a quality product.

What attracted me to this product was the fact that it contained many of the supplements that I was already taking individually. I'm all for taking fewer pills/capsules on a daily basis and this allows me to do that. I didn't notice any adverse effects taking this product so it does appear to be a good alternative.

I don't taste anything when I take these, that's a good thing. They are easy to swallow and are great support for my blood pressure, taken with my regular meds.
