Very nice and stylish
I love the mug as much as the rest of buyers. Brilliant design and size. However, the drink goes cold quite quickly

Looks great but too difficult to open
Opening it was not easy enough and with a full cup would cause spillage.

Great for winter
Great cup, no leaks when walking, fits in most Batista's machines so easy to use in coffee shops. However, when drinking, if filled up too much it can do that weird spill thing due to small drinking hole. Good in winter as it keeps hands warm, but if you like your coffee hot, then that cup ring will not protect your hands.

Dodgy lids
Looks lovely but....you’ve got to make sure the lid is really really secure when you push it on. Otherwise, when you pick it up the glass beaker falls from the lid and smashes. I probably should have just used it in the office rather than out and about, but then that seems pointless. Something metal with a screw lid next time. And, make sure you grip the plastic strip otherwise it gets pretty warm with a fresh brew.
