Unhappy Customer
I received this product and only got it installed over the weekend as I was awaiting my hallway being done.I bought 3, 2 were amazing and now the 3rd, once we installed it and while adding the crystals noticed we were missing 5, really unhappy that I need to get it uninstalled with more cost, due to missing parts

Lovely lights, shame a small chain and pendent missing.
The lights are lovely, however, once the electrician had fitted the lights, we noticed that one small chain and pendant were missing. We have contacted Amazon to see if they could replace the missing chain and pendant, only to be told that they have dealt with a third-party and cannot provide the missing pendant. We were offered £5 by Amazon as compensation, however, this still doesn’t solve the missing items.Would be really useful to be able to contact the supplier, but this doesn’t seem to be an option.Would have given 5 stars if the item was complete!!!!

Not great
What the pictures fail to show you is, the actual led lights is a small 1inch circle in the middle of the light which has about 5 led's in there. Its not bright at all, and the crystals leave huge dark areas in the room.
