Good non condemning grounding tool.
I would make some changes like just simplifying a bit. It can look a little busy but I’m a direct support professional for a lovely adult who can be in the blue and yellow zone fairly often. They are learning to trust themselves in their sensory seeking that brings them to the green zone. This chart builds their confidence because when they are off, they will check and many times they express , “ I felt like I needed a walk” or something similar. It’s a big deal to build their own confidence in knowing what they need.
