The product did not work.
I followed the instructions that popped up on my dashboard. It showed the file was downloaded however, there is no data in the file. It just doesn't work. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

DOES NOT WORK. SENT BLANK SD. NO INSTRUCTIONS OR COMPANY HELP
Do not waste your money. SD was blank. No product help form shipper/company. C300 Mercdes.

It works!!!!!
This works perfectly in my car. Zero problems with it. I simply took it out of its packaging and slipped it in my sd reader in my Mercedes and boom, Maps appeared!! Works perfectly!!!
