My mother had a stroke and this was purchased to make it easier for her to call us. It was a great help to us for awhile until it became a little too easy at times. Sadly we had to remove it from her room as she was calling 20 times within an hour as her memory was going and she wasn't comprehending that she had just spoke to us. While she was able to use it, the large buttons were easy for her to see. The pictures and the programming of the numbers also made it simple for use.

I purchased this item for an older sister that is suffering from Parkinson. I programmed my cell and emergency contacts. It is simple for her to call by just touching one button.

I bought this solely for the use by my mom whom has dementia. I set the memory button with my name to make it easier for her. Well it only lasted 1 week. It stopped to where it wouldn’t dial my number at all. Frustrating my mom all the more. It wouldn’t let me reprogram it either. I returned it. Hopefully I’ll find something different and easier.

My mom uses a landline and this phone replaced an older phone designed for people with visual impairments. This one is much better. The added buttons for easy dialing are great and the numbers are large and bold. The key is finding one like this that has contrast.

Bought this phone for my father who is hard of hearing. Speaker phone is loud and clear. He can actually answer the phone and visit now. Looks great , big numbers so it easy for him to use. He has had no issues with the phone so far.I am super pleased with the purchase

She really likes the 3 buttons across the top. She only calls my two sisters and I so she doesn't have to worry about dialing a number. We put our numbers in the order of our birth so she can tell who she is calling.

It's definitely simple, but very lightweight and hard to hang up. Needs more speed dial buttons. Not as easy for an elderly person to use as we had anticipated.

Thus was great for a while. In fact, it allowed my uncle to be able to call 911 when it was needed. Now, the speaker is so quiet you can't hear it. Disappointing and useless after 2 weeks of use.

J’ai acheté trois téléphones pour ma mère souffrant d’Alzheimer. J’ai conservé celui-ci qui a l’avantage d’avoir peu de boutons à l’exception des numéros essentiels. D’autres téléphones ont des fonctionnalités avec plus de boutons et elle faisait constamment des erreurs de composition, ce qui la rendait méfiante et insécure à propos du téléphone. Ce dernier est simple, facile d’utilisation et permet de ne pas embrouiller la personne souffrant d’Alzheimer. J’ai remplacé les photos fournies en soulevant les languettes de plastique grâce à l’encoche prévue à cet effet. Depuis, ma mère est rassurée et il lui est facile de me téléphoner.
