First ~ The chair was shipped immediately after purchase. It arrived 2 days before expected. Came in 3 different boxes which made them much easier to handle. All 3 boxes arrived at the same time. Took about 20 minutes to put together. No tools needed! Chair is very comfortable, fabric is soft and seems to be well stitched. I got the dark gray color and it's perfect. It should hide most stains and we have a white cat, so hopefully won't see as much fur! Massage and heat are impressive. Massage is a bit on the loud side, but nothing that would anyone else can hear. Not sure if I'll use them much, but I know they'll be great if I do! It reclines back quite a ways, but not flat. This chair does not rock or swivel and seems very sturdy. A couple of issues....one of the cup holders worked it's way up into the arm of the chair, so you couldn't open it. Easy fix... there are 4 screws on the bottom of the cupholder arm, just remove the 4 screws, pull out the arm section to access the cup holder. Reinsert the cup holder arm and screws and boom, fixed! Also, the chair is very slow to recline, not a huge issue, but it is slow. The footrest is short, I'm 5'7" and the heels of my feet hang off the edge when reclined. Other than that, so far, it seems to be a really nice chair and much better than I was expecting considering I wasn't able to try it out before purchasing. While I've only had the chair one day, I'm fairly confident it'll last. I shopped several local furniture stores, but all the recliners with the features I liked were at priced at least $1,000 to &1,500, but this chair had all the features I liked and was half the price! (Big Win!) End of the day, great chair! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one.

We needed a lift recliner. After searching and looking for a good heavy duty lift chair that was not horribly expensive....we chose this chair in dark gray. It arrived 3 days after ordering. Company shipped from Cali, I believe, and we are in Washington State.. 2 of us over 60yrs of age, easily unboxed the pieces and 3 large pieces and a few smaller pieces were easily carried by one of us, and both of us carried the heaviest bottom of the chair. The instructions are not in the box, trust me, we checked and rechecked and then contacted the company who responded immediately "please look in the pocket on the side of the chair" easy to see/find but you have to LOOK.. No tools required and snap fit each piece into each other. Voila! done! great heater and massage. Now if I could just get the spouse out of the chair so I can try it!.....hummm I might have to get another........

As a former Lazy-Boy purist. I was pleasantly surprised with this chair. For the, price I wasn’t expecting much. Assembly was easy. (I don’t know why other reviewers are having problems.) It was very comfortable. Worked good for about six months. The heat stopped working. Has one year warranty. I emailed seller and they were quick with a response and were very helpful. They sent a new controller which didn’t fix the problem. They then sent an entire new back piece. I installed it and now the heat works again. Hopefully it will last more than six months.

I bought this chair because I can no longer get off of the couch. Amazon pricing was a super bargain. I am a Prime member so shipping was free. Took about a week to receive the chair. It came in 3 boxes. Two of them were very easy to handle the third was pretty heavy, If you are limited to how much you can lift you will want to arrange for some help. It took around 30 minutes to unpack and assemble. WHEN UNPACKING THE BOXES BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING A BOX CUTTER! You do not want to cut through and cut the fabric. Follow the instructions and you will be fine.The operation is easy to use. Be patient when using the lift. I have tried other lift chairs and they all take about the same amount of time. The chair is quiet. The heated back is awesome. The massage is great allowing you to customize the pattern. The overall comfort is amazing! Every thing is over stuffed. I have fallen asleep every night. Everything about this lift chair is 5 stars + ! Seriously thinking about purchasing a second chair.BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

Works just like a lift chair twice it's price. Putting it together had a few struggles aligning pieces, but with patience we got it.

I bought this chair just about 9 months ago and it is wearing out already. The footrest has always been a problem, you can feel the bars in it or something. I don't know but I chose to ignore it because the rest was so plush. That is not longer the case. The seat is completely wore put, as in you can feel the springs when you sit in it. That's actually pretty much all you can feel, the cushion is pretty much gone. That's not all, there is a bar that goes across the lower part of the back of the chair and it is very uncomfortable now that the cushion down there is wore out. You literally have to slide your bottom forward so you slouching in the chair in order to sit in it. I mean, this chair wasn't lazy boy expensive but it was expensive enough that it should have lasted longer than 9 months. I'm actually being generous by saying it last 8 months because it actually began to wear out months ago. Oh, and I don't know how but I almost forgot about the back of the chair. As with most recliners it doesn't come attached, however, unlike most recliners this one does not pop on or latch in any way. At first it kept coming off ever so often but I think it eventually got bent and now it stays where it's supposed to, on the back of the chair. One side does lean back a little farther than the other but at least it's staying on.

The media could not be loaded. As someone who suffers daily with joint pain and often am unable to find a comfortable position to sleep in, the chair had helped me tremendously. The all over vibration massage eases my pain and the powerlift function has been incredibly helpful. It was also fairly easy to put together. I’m asking Santa for a 2nd one for my living room!
