It is usable with crazy glue
The magnetic tape is very weak and can only be used on very light weight objects. The sticky side of the tape is almost useless. I had to buy crazy glue to keep the tapes from coming off. It is better than nothing for the application I required but I cant say I would recommend this product. It was described accurately and the two magnetic poles do attract, but it still has very limited usefulness due to lack of adhesion and strength of magnetic force.

Works great for what I needed.
I'm using this to tightly keep a pocket door closed and I did have to put some nails through the strips in order to keep them from lifting off but the adhesion is pretty good.
