I love the new style of surge protectors that incorporate USB and Type C connections. This is being used on my desk for my monitors and I have USBS plugged into this to power up some RGB lights. Gets the job done with no issues and the cord has a great length to it. Highly recommend.

This is just a great little power strip that offers the owner 8 regular power outlets and 3 USB ports. Yes, you heard right, 8 grounded plugs in a small sized power strip. This frees up so much clutter when you are trying to connect so many devices and say, you only have one wall outlet to use. One plug into 8 grounded plugs comes in very handy. Now it also has 3 USB ports. Two of which are USB-A and the other a USB-C port. I love the fact that the plugs are widely spaced to accommodate even the larger charging blocks. The power strip has an on/off switch that protects againt power overloads and also works as a circuit breaker. The switch is very convenient if you wish to shut the power off. The unit comes in black with a five foot UL listed extension cord. This little unit comes with these features, surge protection, short circuit protection, over current protection and overload protection. I also love the flat angled wall plug that is on the extension cord.So, overall, this power strip is a great little tool to have making your connectivity issues a thing of the past! Every home should have 3 or 4 of these power strips maybe more. I love mine and you will too!! 5 stars for an excellentn,product.

I have a dearth of wall outlets in my apartment, and there are none where at least one ought to be in a few spots, so power strips are a necessity for me.This one is pretty decent. It has both AC and USB outlets, which is a must these days, and five feet is a nice length to line against the wall to extend the reach of an outlet, either behind bookshelves or just because you need one in a spot that doesnt have one.I recently bought a cool sign that I want to hang on my wall and there are no outlets close enough to plug it in without an extension. It's a USB connection. Even with a USB extension cord I'd still need a power strip wtih a USB port, so this was a perfect solution.I've got a power strip in almost every outlet in my place. It's not that I've got something plugged into every possible outlet on every strip and I run all kinds of things at the same time, but I no longer have to play an aggravating game of "rearrange the whole apartment to plug this thing in somewhere," and that's the real value with these.I'm very satisfied. Works well. Does what it's supposed to, and saves me a headache. Dont overload them and you'll be fine.

The media could not be loaded. If you're anything like me, you can never have enough plugs around your computers, TV's, and night stands. This product really takes care of that issue! There's room to plug in a TV, Xbox, lighting, sound system, etc. AND charge your phone. Where has this been all of my life?!?There are 8 standard AC plugs on 3 different sides of this power strip. I love that you can pick and choose where you plug so the larger plug bases won't get in the way of each other. There are also indicator lights for whether the plug is grounded and protected. The strip also includes two USB ports and one USB-C charging port.I love that this has a lot of little thoughtful features like a textured flat plug which is easy to plug and unplug, and can hug a wall right against a couch for example. The cable length is perfect at close to 5', and there's a velcro strap of you need to wrap up any excess cable. The unit also has small rubber strips on the bottom to keep it in place on a night stand or laminate flooring.I'd say it's a little big for travel, but perfect for around the house. Highly recommended!

I ordered this power strip to replace another one I've been using to power chargers for two smartphones, a table top air cleaner and other small devices. To avoid overloading the circuit I don't have all of these devices running at the same time, but it's good that this strip has a surge protector. But what I really liked about this strip is that it can accommodate up to eight power plugs and three USB cables; the USB ports allow me to omit the separate chargers for my phones, fitness watch and other electronics that only require an occasional charge.I also like the flat plug, although the outlet I use is open and unobstructed. But that feature makes the strip almost ideal for travel. I say "almost" as it would be a great size to take on a cruise but for the mixed blessing of the surge protection: surge-protected power strips are forbidden on cruise ships because of their electrical systems. So, if this compact strip caught your eye for use on a cruise, look elsewhere.For my purposes, this is a useful tool for charging my multiple devices when they're hungry for a re-charge. The box does come with a simple set of instructions, though using the power strip is fairly intuitive. A clever combination of AC and USB ports gives this a four-star rating from me.

I hate those simple and cheap power strips, you know the kind, 6 in a row. This is such an upgrade.In the past, I'd have to have a different plug for each USB charger. Now this comes with 3 USB charging ports and 4 actual power sockets, for other devices.I've already started migrating to USB-C devices only for home use, to make charging or powering anything a lot easier, and this just helps solve the problem of overclutter.Love that USB-C is making the world a slightly neater place.
