Because I have been taking supplements of many kinds for years, I was curious how much of a difference this would make. I have never been able to sit cross legged or with my legs “curled” up on a sofa because they’d “fall asleep” pretty quickly. But otherwise I have no circulation issues. I take this to prevent and possibly break up blood clots. If you have it in your family history it's great insurance. As it states in the description these work great for circulation. I was greatly disappointed when I noticed many if not most of the capsules were partially full. It definitely makes you question the strength and purity of the product as well as the third party testing. The capsules were easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. These capsules are delayed release which is much more convenient than taking multiple capsules per day. Each capsule would contain a great dosage of 333mg of lumbrokinase if the capsules were full. The blue zone activators are an excellent addition to increase effects. I take one capsule per day 30 minutes before a meal and the bottle will last one month. This would be a high quality and third party tested product made in the USA if the capsules were full.
