Doesn't look safe to eat.
2 pkgs. came in a cardboard box chipped up. There was not an inner box, just a regular mailing cardboard box. They are supposed to be caramel but say butter. There are no directions on how to prepare the item. I called the seller and phone just kept clicking off. I am requesting a refund.

Not Individually Wrapped
These are not individually wrapped, but in 4 packages of 10 cookies. Also, the caramel flavor is not detectable. Disappointing.
