APLOSAP30 3000lm Diving Flashlight with Power Indicator, IPX8 Waterproof Professional Rechargable Dive Light

I use this torch for snorkelling and freediving up to 20 metres. The light is powerful, the range is at least 5 meters depending on the visibility. The light beam is not as wide as in larger torches because of the size.It’s perfect for travelling, has three settings.The thread and the o-ring makes it watertight. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions to preserve the waterproofing of the torch. As a lubricant I use Vaseline and works like a treat. I inspect the torch before each dive.In the package there are a few more accessories, even some spare o-rings are included! I would expect to pay more for such a sturdy product!This torch is part of my basic kit now and permanent companion!

I was very skeptical about this torch. My previous dive torch has just died after 7 years of use and I needed a replacement quickly. Can’t afford to replace like-for-like right now so thought I’d give this a go. Admittedly I’ve only used it for one night dive but so far so good! Very bright light, easy to press button even in thick gloves and battery life seems ok. Time will tell but very happy for now!

Poor Product, used for a week of scuba diving after first buying it, worked ok, but went to use it a couple of months later only to find significant corrosion under the glass near the bulb and didn't turn on properly despite fully charging the battery. I tried to contact the customer services email address provided by Amazon, but unfortunately never heard back.

Was skeptical before buying since at this price you rarely find a good quality diving flashlight however I could not have been proven more wrong. Flashlight is bright ( probably not 3000lm but close to 1000lm-1300lm) and feels very sturdy and durable. Nice that it has a on/off button but could be a bit more clicky. Battery life is quite long and also comes with an adaptor so I can use a smaller lithium battery that I had as a spare. Great sturdy construction.

Super bright light at maximum, small, lightweight, portable, sturdy construction...You get more lumens than ridiculous expensive orca torch

Amazing diving light. Three modes of brightness are perfect for any conditions. Battery life is as advertised. Have used for 4 hours straight and was still going strong.

Love this flashlight. It has definitely failed once or twice on a dive - not battery related, just needed to bang it on something (mystery). But overall have an amazing experience with this flashlight. Probably at 100 dives in the last 18 months - working great.

bought one of these used it 1 time and it went faulty, torch was taking in water, hopefully its a 1.time issue and the replacement is gonna be betterovarall a good torch

Few words on the light:First impression - light seems to be of high quality both material and workmanship. I purchased it to replace my canister light that is quite powerful but to bulky for most of my dives. I did not expect the new light to be nearly as powerful as my old one. When I compared them the AP30 seem to be just as bright on the highest setting. It has somewhat wider beam angle. It claims to be 12 degrees which seems about right. For most diving it will be perfectly fine. For cave diving I would probably recommend trying AP50 from their product line which is 8 degrees and will be more suitable for that application.AP30 has the rotary switch which I really like. It is very easy to operate even with thick gloves. I have never been big fan of multiple different modes. With most lights the mode switch starts with the brightest first and then less and less bright follow. I find it that usually the lowest brightness offers best brightness-burn time balance. It is having to go through multiple switch clicks to get to level I use the most. AP30 starts with the lowest brightens first which is still plenty bright. I think it is smart move in right direction.I also had some issues with the order which was quickly resolved upon contacting the manufacturer/supplier. So over all I am impressed with quality for the price and support. Can't wait to try it under water.
