Let me preface by saying that I am from the south of Lebanon (slightly biased here), and my family has olive groves, so I know a thing or two about olive oil. I’ve sampled some great oils from all across the Mediterranean basin, as we as beyond, but I always go back to this. The olive oil has a smooth, rich flavour to it and a velvety feel. There’s a tiny pepper-ish finish towards the end that kicks in just at the right time, with just enough power to have you crave some more. I must admit it is a tad pricey, but well worth it being a treat. Overall great quality, and bottle was nicely packaged.

You can tell this is quality from the first taste. It is worth every penny. My only regret is that I can not buy it in bulk.

Sadly, it smelled and tasted old. I will still use it to fry with though.
