Great book. We live here but the book was still helpful in seeking out great places we didn’t know about.

It was attractive like most Fodor books, and had some useful listings. But it had nothing to say when it came to practical matters like transportation -- how to get from one place to another. It did not list public transport options or inform you that traffic is beyond terrible. I'm from LA and Miami traffic makes LA look like a dream. Who knew it would take more than two hours to go from Miami to Coral Gables--12 miles away? And that once there it might be impossible to find parking. This is what I buy a travel book for--not for pretty pictures. I left it in the hotel room.
