One of our office workers who is large, has broken 3 office chairs in the past 2 years. This one I have confidence she will not break. The cushion is thick and sturdy and wide enough for a large person. The wheels are amazing. Even with her weight, she can wheel easily from her desk to her bookcase without any trouble or having to get up and walk. The arms are sturdy and adjustable. I put it together very quickly with the easy directions. It has hydraulic lift and so far that stays in place without falling. Her chairs in the past would not keep the height she set, but this one is great. She's able to have it high enough so there's no pressure on her feet on the floor. The mesh back is comfortable and sturdy. I highly recommend for any large person. I would get it again, but I have confidence we won't need to replace this one!

I was hoping this would be as good as it looked in the pictures and I was definitely NOT disappointed. It is easy to assemble and the directions are clear and easy to follow. They had the screws grouped together according to where they fit and the instructions clearly identified what was needed at the locations. The chair rolls so easy and it feels so good to sit in it. The height without using the lift is just right. As it settles in, a minor adjustment will bring it right to where I need it. The quality of the construction is excellent! I feel this chair will last me a long time and was worth the cost I paid for it. There is an adjustable lumbar section, but for me, it was already in the right spot. The lock to let it recline a little works effortlessly and it locks just as easily too. Really am enjoying this chair. Will return in 6 months to add to this review if anything changes. If you are looking for a chair that is quality and easy to assemble and use, then this is the chair.

This chair is very comfortable and also very sturdy. Very comfortable and value to money, can do adjustments for armrest as well and its is very soft. I highly recommend this chair for office and home use

Excellent chair, very comfortable. I've had it about two years, and it's still doing pretty well. One of the wheels is a little wonky now, and the arm rests are cracking and flaking, but I'd happily buy another one if those things bothered me. I have a second one at home that I have had almost as long. I left the arms off of that one so it could roll under my desk better, and it's still in perfect condition.

My chair arrived when I was told it would be here. Box was not damaged. Chair was easy to assemble and is extremely comfy. It is sturdy and nice looking.My only complaint is the chair moves when I go to sit in it..I need a rubber mat under it or a thin rug. I am 77 years old and don’t want the chair to slide as I go to sit. Falling is my worst nightmare.

Easy to assemble and super comfortable. I’m only 5’1 with wide hips and older. A supportive but well cushioned chair was needed. It’s perfect. Glides so smoothly. Only issue was due to FedEx put it on the road out of sight from my home. It was stolen. I filed a claim and the company was awesome! They sent me a replacement chair out quickly. This chair was worth the money!

This chair is awesome! It's only day 1 but I have put together my fair share of $200 office chairs in my day and this is by far the best. I don't know why it's not $400 or more. Its built like a tank in every respect. The adjustments seem to go beyond what one might need in any direction they go. I only weight 250 lbs. or so but I think it would be fine for much much more. Its comfy and well padded everyplace you would expect. I think I might get another just in case this price is a typo. Its bigger in most respects when compared to other office chairs, so if your in a tight space, that might be an issue. I got all the parts and it went together painlessly.
