Fantastic seller. I ordered two bags of the whole cashew nuts as a gift but neither bag had many whole cashews. I contacted Wholefood Earth and they sent two replacement bags of nuts that were whole, free of charge and also asked me to keep the original ones.These nuts are far and away the tastiest ones my wife has ever had so I’m very pleased to have had such good service from them.

Roughly half the contents are PIECES/BROKEN, NOT WHOLE NUTS
There were far too many nut pieces as opposed to whole nuts in the packet I received. Other reviewers have complained of the same thing. I haven't had this problem with other brands. On the plus side the window in the packet allows you to see a good deal of the contents, so I was able to return it unopened. Some reviewers have complained about the nuts being rancid. That is more likely to happen when the nuts are in pieces rather than whole, which is why people often prefer to buy whole nuts.
