I didn’t use this, but returned it the day it was received. It was an opened box item, had food residue in the pan, and the bottom was scorched.

**I’ve had this for a little over a month now and used it for eggs everyday. It’s super easy to clean, just wipe it out with a little water. Eggs slide right out, far better than a Teflon pan. This pan has some weight to it too, so it retains heat nicely. It’s definitely a big step up from the “box store” versions that basically weigh nothing in comparison.**Update- After a month of use, this pan has developed a spot where eggs stick and don't easily come off. Very troublesome, considering we've only ever used a silicone spatula for cooking and a sponge for cleaning. I find myself rather disappointed with it compared to my initial expectations.

I've had this pan for a couple of weeks. I use it every day to make eggs. It's performed well so far. The non-stick surface is still beautiful and seems to be of good quality. I have followed the use instructions very carefully. I'm hoping this pan's surface stays solid and intact for a very long time. The pan was quite expensive and I hope it's worth it. It feels heavy and well made.

I've switched over to Greenpan for non-stick and I've used several different Greenpan models... but this one is the best.If you make 2 eggs every morning, this is the frying pan you are looking for.Yes its expensive but if you keep the heat at medium or lower, use silicone utensils, and hand wash then this will last for many, many years!

Honestly love it. You will too. I raise chickens and make fresh eggs for breakfast nearly every day. I'm serious about cooking and about cooking eggs. This pan is such a huge upgrade to my life. Pans worked amazingly for about 5 months for me, then went to non existent really bad stick.
