I received my shopping bag/ walker today. It was easy to unfold, straighten the bag out and fit the seat into the frame. What I did find difficult was getting the two front wheels to stay in. I am quite able with my hands but any pensioner with arthritis in their hands would find it quite difficult and stressful. After many tries and the wheels falling off again, I did manage to get them fitted in but I had to lie the trolley down on its back on my settee to do so, they did click in quite easily that way, and I was able to put the full lock on them . It's handle is quite a lot higher than my old one , which means I can stand up straighter with it . The seat a little higher too, I am only just over 5ft tall so perfect for me. I have not yet used it for walking and shopping, that will be tomorrow. It is very smart looking and being waterproof is a bonus with our weather in the uk. The bag is very spacious and deep. Like the way it folds easy and dosent take up lots of space. I am sure it will easily fit in my daughter car boot when we go out. I only had my last one for two years and it was worn out in many places and I couldn't get replacement bag or seat for it and the brakes had stopped working. I am hoping this one will last and work longer than that. At the time I am writing this review I am extremly happy with it . (Just hope I dont need to put the wheels on again)As we say the proof of the pudding etc.Watch this space for a review update after walking and shopping with it tomorrow.🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟*Update*Took this shopping this morning, was really very comfortable to walk with. Handle height was far better than my old one ,I could walk with a straight back. Fitted all my shopping in easily. Got home ,emptied my shopping and easily folded the walker /shopper up. Easy to get out of my house, can pick it up with one hand . Would highly recommend this to anyone that needs a bit of help walking no matter the reasons. I am 76 and find it wonderful . Non of the problems that I have read from the other reviews . Thank you , excellent.

Bought this for my 84 year old Mum as she was struggling with carrying her shopping. She had a larger one which she used to fill to the brim and then complain of arm ache dragging it around...She absolutely loves this and now she has gotten used to not buying the whole shop every time she goes out and just what she actually needs, and no arm ache!The handy seat is great for when she's waiting for buses/taxi's and it is lightweight enough for her to get on the bus with. It folds easily for storage when she's at home too.She's only little (4'9"") and the handle is adjustable so she can have it as low as needed to ensure it is comfortable for her to use.Highly recommended!

It has a comfortable handle and although light in weight it is very sturdy and has been a real help inside and outdoors

I absolutely love this little rollator/trolley seat, EXCEPT when pushing it along the handle/pram bar is way too low. I'm 5ft 5" & I'm having to bend to push it, which invariably causes my back to ache alot (due to my own health issues but exacerbated by the issue with the bar) - there's no way to raise it at all, as far as I can see it is a fixed height. Such a shame as this trolley is perfect otherwise. I sincerely hope that the manufacturer/sellers take heed as I've seen quite a few people making this comment online since purchasing mine and it is a genuine concern. Once resolved this would be a definite 5* product for me.The space under the liftable seat flap is roomy and I managed to fit all of my lunch/bottles of water and 3 large camera lenses (in padded bags) plus a hoodie and a jacket rolled up (if you put anything breakable you'd have to make sure you weren't over packing or when you sit on the seat I would think it could cause you to squash the contents etc). It was a godsend not to have to carry everything all day!The wheels are quite basic, so I hope they hold out for outdoor use (as advertised)... I have found a lack of suspension/cushioning on the wheels a bit of an issue on my elbows due to crappy paving/non-level walkway areas etc.The seat and trolley fold amazingly easy and the whole thing is pretty lightweight to lift (although I have not tried this when it was loaded as only used it to walk to places so far). Indoors it's tucked away discreetly and I've hung a jacket over it as wasn't sure if the handle material would hold dust etc. (Am also unsure if the seat material is waterproof, if so how much etc - thinking I should keep a bin bag under the seat in case of a downpour!)I used the seat to sit on whilst at an event and it was reasonably comfortable, although I struggled to get up again(!)But overall this is a lovely little rollator with seat, but sellers please if you're reading this look at raising the handle!Just as a side note, delivery took a while but it did arrive on the stated week.

The shopping compartment is excellent, takes a hole basket of shopping, is still very easy to push with a full bag of shopping, the seat is excellent given me back my independence, I can go for a day out &know I never have to find a seat to rest I have it with me, the shopper is excellent made is very comfortable to seat on back rest gives u extra support, very well made, good breakes, design is excellent, quality product, love the shopping basket can seat on seat when shopping in supermarkets, very practical, can be easily wiped after use.

This was far too lightweight to support an elderly user and the brakes are useless. Like another reviewer I was refused a refund and had to contact Amazon.Seller arranged to pick it up but did not do so despite me waiting in all day and trying to contact them. Amazon then tried to rearrange another pick up time which they failed to keep. This seller is not reliable. Amazon now dealing with refund.
