I LOVE THIS. IT'S VERY STURDY. IT HAS A REMOTE THAT COMES WITH SO YOU CAN CHOOSE THE LEVEL OF INTESNSITY YOU WANT TO USE. YOU CAN DO MULTPLE EXCERCISES ON IT. IT SENDS VIBRATIONS THROUGH YOUR BODY. IT DOES SEEM LIKE YOU GET A GOOD WORKOUT. I USELY DO IT FOR ABOUT 20 MINS AND I FEEL LIKE I GOT A GOOD WORKOUT IN.

This has been a life saver for my body especially for circulation purposes and restless leg syndrome relief it also helps as a massage for your feet and legs after a long hard day sitting down or standing up it's amazing I liked it so much and it helped me so much I bought one for my elderly father who has poor circulation he absolutely loved it. Highly recommend. Has Bluetooth and the cord is long so you can pretty much place it where you sit on your sofa or chair and it will reach the outlet. It also has suction cups on the bottom so it stays still on hardwood or ceramic or tile also does grade on my rug never moves and I have used very high speeds with no issues supports a very nice weight as well for us heavier folks. Highly recommend this one. The remote makes it easy especially if you can bend over or if you're sitting in your chair relaxing.

Had it for 5 days. Worked fine until I turned the vibration past 30 and than it just stopped working. Now it will not work at all, just hums. Sending it back. Also no resistance bands were included. I think this one Simone’s else’s return because it has a sticker on it that says update money? Odd.

I wanted to try this product out because I heard a lot of reviews that it was helpful for low back pain and I can also agree with them! After having used it several times, I've felt an improvement in some body aches and pains I've been feeling. I have degenerative damage in my lower back that I can easily throw out in my sleep with tossing and turning and bad sleeping positions. Which is precisely what happened to me this morning. I woke up feeling like my back was going out again. I decided to sit for 10 minutes on it, with my feet comfortably crossed in front of me on the ground in front of me sitting on the machine. The vibration really helped and felt like a massage, all the way up my back and down for that entire time. I felt the circulation improve and then I used it again later, sitting in a computer chair with my feet on the pad. It's a very versatile machine, super powerful, but I'm ok not having resistance bands. My overall balance and strength have improved as well! I believe this item already paid for itself after already using it 10 times or more! It's a great value for the money compared to other models online for sale.

I absolutely love this thing. I have an issue with my right SI joint and using the vibe plate in the morning and at night has helped a ton. It loosens up my lower back, which helps keep the joint from locking up (IYKYK). Using the plate has also helped with lymphatic drainage, which I think has helped prevent me from getting sick all winter. I can’t say it has aided with weight loss. I use it for 10 minutes (sitting) every morning on level 25, then at night for 20 minutes (10 sitting, 10 standing) on level 25. I’ve had this since October and it is still going strong.

The machine works great in terms of the vibration. However the pad on top after two uses came apart and I'm not able to get the mat to stay tacked to the machine I have even used gorilla glue and that did not work.

I loved this product so much I bought this second one to have at work. Easy to use, great for if you are injured and need to sit and use. Also great for kids with sensory issues. I have bought for our students at school from kindergarten and up.
