This device does just as described. Great purchase for the money!

If I could give it zero stats I would, it’s never worked as advertised since the day it arrived, it was easy to set up but constantly bumped me out of most every program I tried to watch so I rarely even tried to use it, then an update was required and after the d/l it keeps saying that there’s no network…couldn’t be more unhappy with this expensive POS purchase.

We finally broke down and purchased three of the StreamGenies after researching for a long time. Easy install and worked out of the box. We are still getting comfortable with navigation and find most of the streams. We have not had a need for support at this point since we leverage the Facebook forum for information. We plan on purchasing a few more units for our primary/secondary homes.

Lots of glitches. Have it right next to internet system. Have to go back and restart multiple times while watching a program or movie. Very frustrating, would not buy again

Super happy with this box especially the new MAX operating system. Really easy to use and navigate. The content is virtually unlimited. So fun to watch my favorite shows with no commercial interruptions. I love being able to watch a series from beginning to end and not having to wait a week for the next episode. PPV fights are fun to watch as well as my favorite football team every week no matter where they are playing. I've purchased other streaming boxes in the past and this one hands down is the best for simplicity to operate and the amount of available content. I highly recommend this streaming box to anyone who wants access to an amazing amount of entertaining content. As a bonus when I've ever had any issues with anything the customer service has been very responsive and knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I've had. Get this box and you won't be disappointed!

The new Stream Genie 2.0 works great and is super fast. I got mine from AlexStreams and would highly suggest getting it from him. Great customer service and super quick shipping. Streaming quality is great and fast, I pay for debrid services which is definitely needed on these boxes.

We purchased FreeStream at the recommendation of a friend. It never worked properly from the beginning. We have emailed back and forth with the company but never resolved our issue. I would not recommend this product.

The remote control will not wor
