My dog did not like the stairs. I bought three different styles and all three she freaked out, jumped off. I tried many times to show her how to get on the bed by way of the stairs, but I failed so I had to return all three. I had to buy a box from UPS, which cost $16 because the QR code said customer package necessary. Very annoyed with this policy there’s no way it will ever fit in the box it came in so if you need to return these stairs, you need to find a box big enough before you go to the UPS store .

These stairs are quite firm and allow our kitty Lulu to access the bed without having to jump. Jumping up or down hurts her legs. She has some arthritis so this is very helpful and pain free.The description noted ok for a 50 pond dog so I figured it was ok for Lulu and it is.Set up is easy. Just remove the packaging and it swells up and gets firm. It seems to be well made.The price is good for the quality.

This dog ramp is not worth the money. It does not get as tall as the listing states and it doesn't support near enough weight. The bottom is not nonslip so even a small dog jumps on it and it slides. Dangerous if a dog fell off or was running. It's also impossible to try and return due the nature of the packaging. It comes vacuum sealed and I cannot get it back in the back to return it.

One of our kitty kids is 16yrs old and was having problems jumping up to lay in the window sill. I bought these steps just for her, and she loves using them to walk up and lay in the warm sun. They are also great to ensure she can get up to our bed and keep my feet warm at night! Very firm material, but super light and easy to move.

our doggos use often and they love it. makes it much easier to get onto our couch

A dashound lost her front leg. I got this for her. After a few weeks, she actually runs up & down on these. She uses it all the time. Also it’s lightweight to move it easily. Nice price. It’s a good product.

product is great. However I am needing to return because I accidently ordered the wrong size. Its too short for my bed. once the stairs have unfolded out of the box and set, it no longer folds back together to return.. Box that is came in, is too small to return in.

My dog easily adapted to using the stairs. She loves it... and so do I, since I don't have to pick her up each time.
