Guys, mark my words, you gonna put yourself in a big mess after purchasing this machine. I just bought it 3 days ago and here are my reviews,1 - The machine has almost 13 functions with additional control of dry fan speed, water level, speed-up mode, and water heater but the twist is all these functions work with predefined settings, which means one can't control the Dry fan speed, water level etc functions.2 - Machines take a huge amount of time as it shown in the timer.3- More consumption of water4 - More consumption of electricity as the machine runs much more time compared with the time shown.5 - Over expensive6 - Autostart issue.7 - Shows error and when you try to solve the error machine gets started again. means the machine will again take the same time to wash or dry.8 - this machine's Dryer will never gonna satisfy, it will end up with almost 60% wet clothes.its only 4 days and i have contacted Whirlpool engieer 2 times but as a layman they are not at all helpful. they will just try to tell you the same story again and again but no genuine or logical answer they gonna provide.Though requested for return, in response to my request amazon arranged a service check from whirlpool, Let's see what new they gonna say. will come back after 48 hours and will again share my feedback.Everworst product.

The media could not be loaded. Please return my money, delivered a faulty product to me. I have bought this to surprise my mom n not to bring more hassel for her. When selected p1 mode it constantly fill water and in the last clothes get tangled badly n didn't even dry. I selected dry mode n times n still it takes water. I have to manually untangled the clothes to get it dry otherwise it will fill water. Is it automatic machine. Seriously?. I don't know if it's the whirlpool bad services n quality or the dealer delivered me a faulty machine.

Neither washing not drying properly. Taking water three time in a washing program and drying three times. After all not dry properly. Taking too much time. If you will put small amount of clothes the mechine will take full tank of water three times to wash. Customer care is not taking care of customers request. Service engineer are not comfortable in providing services.

The media could not be loaded. Motor is not strong!!!If you wish to wash only handkerchiefs and dupattas then go for this ...if you are looking to buy machine for really washing clothes....please do not buy this machine...The motor is not at all strong!!

I have purchased a machine from vender just giving review.....I have called installation....and the engineer is asking to first get ready by installing tap from plumber. I think they should do the tap work also. But why I do. I I purchase a tv the engineer come and also install the same..they don't ask to get ready the wall and hanging item to be ready. If coy is writing no self installation..I m not getting the word. Now ai am wasting time for searching plumber and paying more 300 rs for tap installation..

I was foolish and looked at the fancy YouTube commercial for this, and didn’t give enough credit to the already bad reviews for this. Big regret.We purchased this one (360 Bloomwash 10kg size, have kids) and it wobbled so much just during the regular cycle that it kept stopping and refilling… for like 3 hours! Even if I pulled the clothes out, squeezed them and re-arranged them, same. The technician came out and Whirlpool actually gave us and entire new machine (which took about 2-3 weeks by the way so it was a little difficult going without a washing machine).Got the new machine… worked a little better but as time went on started to notice very very long cycles. It would start by saying 56 minutes on program 1… 2.5-3 hours later and a lot of water, finally done.Biggest frustration out of the whole thing is sheets and bed covers are impossible to get clean. They all come out looking tye-died in dirt particles, especially queen size. Don’t even think about trying king-size! May as well hand-wash, even though this is a 10kg washer! The heat setting for tough washes is also useless. Things still smell… I keep the filter clean, even use a toothbrush on it, but to no avail. Descaler is being used. No effect.Long story short, had a Samsung Eco Bubble 10kg size that didn’t even have any heat settings and it did a better job. Should have just kept it. Stay away from this washer, it’s such a frustrating waste. Whirlpool invented the washing machine, but somehow they can’t pull it off in India.
