Feels and looks cheap aesthetically. The quality of the image is terrible and the motion detection is pretty useless. The night vision keeps turning on for no reason or when a bit of dust goes by which is quite annoying.

You get a lot of functionality for your money with this camera.I found set up really straightforward with this camera, download the app then register for an account. The app finds your Wifi name and asks you for it's password, it then creates a QR code that you hold up in front of the camera, it scans it then the registration takes a few seconds to complete then you're away.The picture quality is good. There are 3 resolutions to choose from; SD, HD and Super HD. You can see a difference between the 3 settings when you switch between them.The camera has several functions to enhance it's capabilities which can be accessed from the app.- Motion detection (worked well and sent a push notification to my phone)- Motion tracking (also worked well)- Human framing (cuts down false activations from insects and rain/drizzle)- Infrared (good night vision pictures)- White light output (can be set up to illuminate when motion is detected)- Microphone and intercom (worked well although sound can get a bit 'squeaky')- Field of view (very good capability to cover a large wide angle, can be controlled from app)- Zoom function is acceptable (up to 16x zoom)- SD Card (will support up to 256 Gb. Relatively easy to recover footage from up to 35 days previous)- Can be used free standing or fixed to wall or ceiling using the supplied fixing kit.Verdict: A very competent camera at a very reasonable price. Only suitable for indoor use (no IP rating) and would suit pet, child or even elderly relative monitoring.

This small versatile camera came well boxed with instructions , fixing screws and wall plugs and a power cable .The instructions are easy to follow , set up the app ,connect to WiFi and start using.This particular model needs to be connected to power and the relatively short cable means it has to be quite near to a power socket. However, the range of movement and panoramic viewing angles mean that it covers a large area from wherever it is placed.While setting up and testing , it detected the smallest movement and gave an instant alert to my phone. It didn’t pick up sounds so well ,but this may have been due to general background noise.The camera is equipped with 4 bright white lights and 4 infra red lights. Visually this means a clearer video image and also works as an alert that the camera is present .Used to keep an eye on a recovering pet while I was out ,it was invaluable. Being able to communicate via the two-way voice system prompted a happy bark. You can also control the the direction of the camera from your phone to view at different angles.In future I will probably use in a garden building to keep an eye on visiting hedgehogs and of course potential intruders.Made of plastic it feels solid but not robust , reasonable for the price and does the job .
