I actually like this stuff more than Huy Fong
I discovered this during the Great Huy Fong Sriracha shortage of 2023. I found that I like this stuff even more, I wish the Vietnamese grocer by me still stocked it so I have to order here. It has a bit of a sweet taste to it which I like.
